In Coppell, garden centers are busiest on spring weekends, when new stock arrives and popular plants sell out; weekday mornings are calmer and staff have more time to answer questions. Ask which plants are hardy for your USDA zone in Texas, whether trees and shrubs carry a replacement guarantee (one year is common), and whether the nursery delivers and plants large items. Fall is the best planting season for many trees and perennials, and end-of-season sales are common. Many nurseries close or shorten hours in winter, so check the listing for current hours and Google rating before you go.

Coppell is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Coppell follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

The woman on the front desk needs to be more polite with any potential clients. There is a better way to communicate with people without the dismissive and discourteous attitude. I drive by there all the time and thought it would a good place to search for mulch and top soil for the property i work for. The purchase would've of been in bulk. You know its actually ok if not everyone knows that 'you need to be registered' to buy there. The condescending way the girl kept talking to me while I tried to explained what I needed is inexcusable. Are people supposed to be mind readers and know how you run your business? Do better.

As a professional landscaper, Iβve had the misfortune of dealing with Landmark Nurseries, and I feel compelled to share my experience to help others avoid the same frustrations. My recent interaction with this establishment was deeply disappointing for several reasons. Firstly, despite purchasing plants within just an hour of placing the order, Landmark Nurseries refused to offer any exchange, citing their no-return policy. While I understand such policies, the rigidity of their stance felt unreasonable and inflexible, especially given the explained circumstances. Secondly, the quality of the plants I received was subpar. Many of them were poorly maintained and not suitable for the professional standards I uphold. This lack of quality control is unacceptable for any nursery aiming to serve professionals and homeowners alike. Moreover, the staff and management exhibited rude and condescending behavior towards all customers, myself included. Their dismissive attitudes and lack of courtesy were shocking and unprofessional. Additionally, their apparent lack of knowledge about their own services was evident, making it even more frustrating to seek assistance. I also observed troubli

I really donβt like to write any negative reviews or even want to put down any business, but I hope from this review it will make others aware of the business and hopefully the business itself will take this review seriously and improve. I spent a bit amount of $ here and the part that really bothered me was that I was given a price for a crimson queen tree from one of the staff members there and I agreed to itβ¦ and when I went up to the front to pay, she had added all my plants up and informed me your tree is actually $150 more than what I quoted you. That was very disappointing and I asked her if she could do something for that misinformation and she rejected even asking her manager. No I called a few days later asking how to care for a crimson queen tree & tamukeyama tree I bought there and the staff member was very negative and condescending to me. He was just very unhelpful and pretty much came off like he didnβt want to assist me. Most important when you are shopping is to feel that the rep working is knowledgeable with their products and pricing. I did not feel this way one bit. I hesitated to come here when I read the reviews before coming but I wanted to give this busines

Landscape company was down a driver. So as the homeowner I offered to pick up 7 plants myself to keep the project on schedule. Even though the landscaper does business here regularly and uses no other nursery for plants they refused to let me pick them up even though I'm not here to make a retail purchase. The guy beind the desk was rude and smug about it too. Chuckling when I showed I was frustrated. Id pay double to never give these people business and will ask anyone who does work for me in the future not to source from here.
